Ballet Program

Our ballet program offers Pre-Ballet, Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced & Pointe, & Adult level classes for any student, ages 3 & up. No experience necessary to enroll! All levels (excluding Pre-Ballet) have multiple classes offered per week to provide our students with flexibility when choosing their class schedules. Our ballet program also includes strength & conditioning classes to provide a complete training program for our dancers. Most dance studios do not offer or provide any strength training or physical conditioning, therefore most dancers lack the necessary muscle strength needed for optimal technique & execution in dance. At Pointe Performance, we strive to ensure that our dancers are not only proficient in ballet technique, but also practice the proper muscle activation, and gain the proper muscle strength, to prevent injury and elevate their dancing to the next level. 

Pre-Ballet (Ages 3-4) – Open to all dancers ages 3-4, no experience necessary. This class helps develop coordination and cognitive skills through the instruction of basic ballet steps and positions. $176 for the Session ($44/month)

Beginning Ballet (Ages 5-7) – Open to all dancers ages 5-7, no experience necessary. Class offered up to 2x/week. This class helps develop coordination and cognitive skills through the instruction of basic ballet technique, steps, and positions. Performance opportunities available for all Beginning Ballet students (separate fee applies – no audition necessary). Performance choreography taught to all enrolled students, regardless of participation in the studio’s showcase or production. 1x/week = $176 for the Session ($44/month),  2x/week = $288 for the Session ($72/month) 

Intermediate (Ages 7+) – Our Intermediate program offers three Class Levels: Intermediate 1, Intermediate 2, and Intermediate 3. Intermediate 1 classes are open to all students ages 7+ with some prior experience recommended, but not necessary. Intermediate 2  Classes are open to all students ages 9+ with prior experience required. Intermediate 3 classes are by invitation only with completion of Intermediate 2 level or equivalent. All Intermediate classes offered at least 2x/week. Intermediate 3 students must take a minimum of 4 classes/week including at least one strength & conditioning class. Performance opportunities available for all Intermediate students (separate fee applies – no audition necessary). Choreography taught at separate rehearsals in addition to dancer’s regular weekly classes. Intermediate 1: Starting Price = $208 for the Session ($52/month), Intermediate 2: Starting Price = $224 for the Session ($56/month), Intermediate 3: Starting Price = $576 for the Session ($144/month)

Advanced / Pointe 1 & 2 – This level is open by invitation only with prior experience required. Dancing en pointe is not required to be in the Advanced / Pointe level. Dancers en pointe will be placed in either Pointe 1 or Pointe 2 by the instructor. Advanced / Pointe students must take a minimum of 4 classes/week including at least one strength & conditioning class. Performance opportunities available for all Advanced / Pointe students (separate fee applies – no audition necessary). Choreography taught at separate rehearsals in addition to dancer’s regular weekly classes. 4 classes/week = $624 for the Session ($156/month),  5 classes/week = $704 for the Session ($176/month) 

UNLIMITED PLAN AVAILABLE – We offer an Unlimited Plan to all students in Intermediate 3 or above. The Unlimited Plan allows the student to attend any Intermediate, Advanced / Pointe, Adult, or Conditioning class that is on the schedule for that session. $1,000 for the Session ($250/month) 

Adult Classes

Our Adult Ballet classes are beginning/intermediate level classes for adults with little-to-no previous ballet experience. We tailor the exact level of each Adult Ballet class to those who are enrolled. All of our fitness classes are also open to any adult-aged student! No prior experience necessary. Fitness Classes

As part of both our Ballet & Adult Program, we offer weekly strength & conditioning classes open to students ages 9 & up. We currently offer a few different fitness classes that provide the necessary strength training & conditioning for ballet dancers, but are also great classes for any individual looking to improve their overall athleticism or physical health. Pricing varies based on other classes in student’s schedule: 

Jump Technique & Foot Stability (Ages 9+) – This class focuses on how to properly engage your lower body muscles for improved (higher, stronger, more dynamic) jumps or just improved lower body control & strength. This class also focuses on proper foot stability particularly for balance & turns. 

Cardio Choreo (Ages 11+) – A cardio-aerobic based class, similar to Zumba, that uses movements from all types of dance styles (latin, ballroom, jazz, lyrical, etc.) to not only expose students to diverse dance styles and techniques, but also provide 40-minutes of sweat-induing, cardio fun! 

Strength & Balance (Ages 9+) – A weight training class that focuses on building fundamental muscle strength & control, as well as improving overall balance in dance & sports. 

Strength & Stretch (Ages 11+) – This class focuses on training the necessary lower body & core strength needed for improved flexibility & mobility.
